The Winery

An infinite passion for Sardinian wines is the reason why we have chosen so many regional wineries, in the constant research of new but always authentic winemaking expertise. We nonetheless do not skip the Italian delights.

Our wine list is more than a summary of the bottles we have: it’s a guide to the areas where the wine is produced, with a special attention on the grape variety, and a brief but thorough organoleptic properties description.

You can also taste more than just one wine, asking our staff the glass daily choices, or discover the tasting menu of Strada del Vino Cannonau, the themed itinerary of which Hotel Bue Marino is an official milestone, where we tell you our personal gastronomic tale dedicated to Cannonau wine.

The Breakfast

Look at the sea and the harbour from above, observe its daily cheerful traffic while you calmly enjoy a rich sweet and savoury breakfast: the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor awaits you to help you plan your day discovering Cala Gonone and the Gulf of Orosei!
